Nigel has been asking questions about surgery, upon hearing Mom mention it a number of times. He says he would like to have surgery, to see what it is like, as he has never had it. Mom asked him what he would have surgery on, and he replied he would have surgery on his toe brain.
Mom asked what a toe brain was, and he said his toe brain comes up with all the ideas, then sends them up to his brain, and if his brain decides it is a good idea, poof, out it comes (meaning out of his mouth).
